Avinor launches Norway’s largest parking contract
12.12.2025 10:00:00 CET | The Avinor Group | Press release
Oslo, 12 December – Avinor has launched a tender for Norway’s largest parking contract. The contract covers the operation and commercial development of the parking facilities at Oslo Airport for the period 2027–2031, with an estimated value of approximately NOK 3.5 billion.

“Parking is a core component of the Avinor model. Revenues from Oslo Airport help finance a nationwide network of airports. This is therefore a contract of major importance, both for Avinor and for our customers,” says Christian Øgaarden, Head of Commercial Operations (Landside) at Oslo airport.
The contract includes the operation and further development of approximately 21,000 parking spaces, including the main parking facility P10, which alone accounts for around one quarter of Avinor’s total parking revenue. Parking at Oslo Airport represents more than 50 per cent of the group’s overall parking income.
“Oslo Airport aims to offer high-quality, modern parking solutions for all travellers. For many, the journey begins in the parking facility, which is why we set high standards for quality, customer experience and efficient operations,” Øgaarden says.
The tender is open to all qualified market participants. It will be published on 12 December on Doffin and TED, in accordance with applicable public procurement regulations.
