Havila Kystruten AS (Havila Voyages) presented its Q3 2024 quarterly report on Wednesday afternoon, showcasing significant revenue growth, improved profitability, and positive operating results.

At the prestigious Wave Awards in London on Monday evening, known as the Oscars of the cruise industry, Havila Voyages won the award for Best Cuisine.

The Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Policy, Marianne Sivertsen Næss, served as the godmother when the coastal route ship Havila Polaris was named in Hammerfest on Tuesday.

Havila Voyages is among the first brands to be awarded the prestigious ‘Made in Norway’ trademark as part of Innovation Norway's new government back project. The company is now eligible use the trademark in its marketing, both nationally and internationally.

The Norwegian cruise company Havila Voyages was honoured at this year's “Kreuzfahrtguide Award” in the sustainability category for its ship Havila Pollux – and thus for its clear vision for sustainable cruise tourism. The award ceremony took place in Hamburg, where Pia Kuusisto, Havila Voyages‘ Head of Sales In Germany, accepted the prize. Following the incident on board the coastal cruise ship "MS Havila Polaris" earlier today, the ship will be delayed in its schedule from Ålesund.

Today, July 24, 2024, at 13:18, there was an incident with the coastal cruise ship "MS Havila Polaris" off Stranda on its way into the Geirangerfjord. All passengers and part of the crew have been safely disembarked ashore at Stranda.
