To build more residences in growing Eskilstuna

The value of the contract is SEK 126 million excluding VAT, and the contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract. Commencement is subject to sufficient advance sales.
The 67 homes in i Brf Bolinder will be built in Norra Munktellstaden, which formerly was Eskilstuna’s largest industrial area. Today Munktellstaden is a modern city district with new homes, sports facilities and cultural events.
Brf Bolinder comprises a gross area of 7,500 square metres on four storeys with a fifth drawn-in attic. The quarter, which is the second of four stages, will have brick facades with a link to the historic industrial buildings.
