To build 115 apartments outside Stockholm

The contract is valued at SEK 270 million, excluding VAT. Planned startup is towards the end of 2021, with occupation planned for the summer of 2023. The project will be carried out as a design and build contract. Commencement is subject to sufficient advance sales.
The project is the first ever to be realised by OBOS Nya Hem in Sweden, who offers attractive homes in attractive locations in the three major Swedish city regions. The project will create a completely new neighbourhood, inspired by the modern garden city with a mix of small and large apartments surrounding a central green courtyard. The homes are designed in accordance with Miljöbyggnad Silver.
“We are looking forward to realising this project. Sollentuna is ranked as one of the best municipalities to live in in Sweden, with proximity to both green areas, water and the city of Stockholm. Sollentuna is growing, and in the course of the next ten years it is estimated that around 500 new homes will be built every year,” says Bård Frydenlund, EVP with AF Gruppen.
The 115 apartments are in the first construction stage of the project, and an option has been signed for the second building stage, which will comprise homes with a townhouse character.
