Renovation of 900 wet rooms in Moss

The contract has a value of NOK 138 million, excluding VAT.
Trolldalen 1 BRL consists of a total 408 residential units across both apartment blocks and terraced housing, and is located in the village of Kambo outside Moss.
The contract includes the demolition and reconstruction of full wet rooms, as well as associated technical systems. The work will be carried out on a turn key basis and is expected to begin in October 2021.
