Logistics Center Contract in Norrköping

Klinga Logistics Park will offer modern logistics buildings for a total of approx. 100,000 square meters with proximity to Sweden's largest cities and with transport options via road, air, train, and boat.
The establishment involves extensive site preparations and civil engineering work with high requirements for deliberate planning.
- We look forward to creating optimal conditions for Klinga Logistics Park and contribute to modern and efficient logistics in the Östgötland region, says Bård Frydenlund, EVP of AF Gruppen.
Site preparations will begin in September and is scheduled for completion during the spring of 2024. The first stage of Klinga Logistics Park is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy during the spring of 2023.

The contract is valued at NOK 731 million excluding VAT and will be delivered as a turnkey contract. Drammen Helsepark AS is wholly owned by Bane NOR Eiendom AS.
