Building more apartments for OBOS at Fornebu
Storøykilen block 2 comprises 64 apartments in three buildings with underground parking. AF is well underway with the first block, and the homes have a correspondingly high standard and well thought-out material choices, and are located in immediate proximity to Nansenparken and Oksenøya at Fornebu. The homes will be built in accordance with high environmental requirements and will be environmentally certified as BREEAM Very good.
The project will be carried out as a design and build contract and is valued at NOK 274 million excluding VAT. According to schedule, construction will start in April 2022, and completion is expected in Q2 2024.
