Building apartments for OBOS at Fornebu
Storøykilen stage 1 comprises 103 apartments in 3 buildings with underground parking. The homes have a high standard and well thought-out material choices, and are located in immediate proximity to Nansenparken and Oksenøya at Fornebu. The homes will be built in accordance with high environmental requirements and will be environmentally certified as BREEAM Very good.
The project will be carried out as a design and build contract and is valued at NOK 337 million excluding VAT. According to schedule, construction will start in April 2021, and completion is expected in Q2 2023.
