Building apartment project in Lørenskog

The Rolvsrud Arena project comprises 300 apartments in five apartment buildings and approx. 1,100 m2 commercial premises at ground level, with an underground car park. The development comprises two construction stages. The project is of a good standard with thoughtful material choices and is in the centre of Lørenskog. The homes will be built in accordance with stringent environmental requirements and certified in accordance with BREEAM Very Good.
Rolvsrud Idrettspark Holding is owned by AF Gruppen Norge/AF Eiendom (33%), Wenaas Eftf. (33%), Øye Utbygging (11%), Breidablikk Eiendom (11%) and Ragde Eiendom (11%).

According to plan, construction will start in August 2022 with completion scheduled for Q3 2025.
