Building 132 apartments near Stockholm

The new homes are being built in the Tallbohov district in Järfälla Municipality, where HMB is already building 180 apartments for the client Tornet Bostadsproduktion.
The second phase of the project consists of 118 owner-occupied homes and 14 supported housing homes for people with special needs. Tornet and HMB have collaborated closely in the work on solutions and pricing.
The project will be executed as a turnkey contract and in accordance with the concept that HMB applied in the first stage at Tallbohov, with, among other things, cast-in-place frames that provide a larger total living space.

The homes in Tallbohov stage two are planned to be completed in early 2024.
