Today, ImmerVision, the inventor of the 360-degree panomorph lens and worldwide expert in immersive optical and imaging technology announced a partnership with Quanta Computer, the world’s largest notebook computer maker and a leading global ODM with extensive R&D, product development, manufacturing and supply capabilities.
Together, the companies are bringing live 360-degree imaging technology to the mobile, Internet of Things (IoT), and Virtual Reality (VR) marketplaces, giving users the ability to simultaneously capture and view live streamed high-definition sphere-shots and videos, onto any cloud platform system or virtual reality headsets, smartphones, tablets and other displays—just start shooting and instantaneous live viewing to any audience, anywhere and at any time.
