Phlexglobal, pioneers and leaders in the provision of Trial Master File (TMF) technology and services for the global life sciences industry today announces the acquisition of Net Solutions Europe (NSE); an established technology company with a proven track record in delivering superior software solutions, based in the UK.
Phlexglobal has been working in partnership with NSE since 2010 on the development of PhlexEview; its market leading electronic TMF (eTMF) cloud based platform. The acquisition fortifies its position at the forefront of the provision of eTMF solutions and technology enabled services.
