Mavenir Announces VoLTE Launch with Vodafone Germany
Mavenir Systems® (NYSE:MVNR), a leading provider of software-based networking solutions, today announced its VoLTE application solution was launched by Vodafone Germany, who announced during CEBIT 2015, the first commercially available VoLTE service in the European market.
Vodafone Germany’s VoLTE solution adheres to the latest technology standards and includes complex integration with the traditional 3G network using eSR-VCC mobility procedures, and broad interoperability with the rapidly expanding VoLTE device ecosystem.

Mavenir’s virtualized VoLTE application solution consists of its IMS Telephony Application Server (TAS), Application Gateway (AGW) and Media Resource Function (MRF), which are easily and flexibly deployed on Vodafone’s NFV and SDN strategy, Telco over Cloud.
