Ascom inngår 8-årig serviceavtale i England til en verdi på £ 1.2 mill.
South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) har signert en kontrakt med Ascom for service og vedlikehold. Kontrakten har en varighet på 8 år og en verdi på £ 1,2 mill. Den er en forlengelse av kontrakten på en komplett IP-DECT personsikkerhetsløsning som Ascom fikk i 2012. Løsningen blir implementert i fire store sykehus og vil bli støttet av den nye servicekontrakten.
Servicekontrakten omfatter alt fastmontert og mobilt utstyr på sykehusene Bethlem Royal, Maudsley, Lambeth og Ladywell Unit i Lewisham. I tillegg skal Ascom også supportere helseforetakets eksisterende 3.-parts alarmsystem inntil det skiftes ut. Det betyr at foretaket i fremtiden kun har ett kontaktpunkt i forhold til support og service.

South London & Maudsley NHS Trust er en af de største psykiatriske helseforetakene i Storbritannia med 68 innleggelsesavdelinger med forskjellige behandlingstilbud på tvers av mange sykehus.
