Ricoh Brings Faster, More Cost Efficient Printing to Offices with Launch of New Multifunctional Product Series

is supporting workforces across EMEA with the launch of a new series of multifunctional products designed to provide mid to large size offices with faster printing of time critical jobs.

The MP 4054SP/5054SP/6054SP series of A3 black-and-white multifunctionals offer printing speeds of 40/50/60 pages per minute and feature a choice of operating panels for outstanding flexibility – forming a cost effective solution to everyday office printing. The MP 4054(A)SP/MP 5054(A)SP/MP 6054SP feature conventional large nine-inch displays, while the MP 4054AZSP/MP 5054AZSP/MP 6054ZSP have highly intuitive 10.1-inch smart operation panels for extra ease of use. The series includes a wide range of configurations, helping to enhance output from creation to finish.

The smart operation panel of the MP 4054AZSP/MP 5054AZSP/MP 6054ZSP offers touch and swipe functionality similar to smart devices, enabling complex jobs to be managed quickly and efficiently. In addition, these models feature the additional Network Interface port which is required by those who need two networks; one for open network and the other is for closed network, but do not want to install two devices.

Designed to optimise office productivity, the devices wake up from Energy Saver mode instantly and produce a first print in 2.9 seconds. A maximum paper capacity of 4,700 sheets and thick paper support of up to 300 gm² are complemented by an Automatic Reversing Document Feeder (MP 4054SP/MP 5054SP) or a Single Pass Duplex Feeder (MP 4054A(Z)SP/MP 5054A(Z)SP/MP 6054(Z)SP) for fast double-sided scanning.

Furthermore, energy costs and environmental impact are reduced through their impressively low Total Electricity Consumption (TEC) values. Other environmentally responsible features include an energy-saving sleep mode and Energy Star v2.0 compliance. Finishing options include two booklet finishers for the easy and time-saving creation of flat fold booklets, and a 1,000 or 3,000 sheet finisher. Ricoh’s unique stapleless stapler is another key feature, allowing up to five pages to be bound to help create a great looking document while saving on resources.
