Selected for the construction of phase 2 of Drammen Helsepark

Strøm Gundersen, a company within AF Gruppen, has been selected to construct the buildings Krafttårnet and Generatoren, which together constitute construction phase 2 of Drammen Helsepark. The client is Drammen Helsepark AS, which has established the project company DHP Bygg BK4‑2 AS as the contracting entity. The contract is valued at NOK 731 million excluding VAT and will be delivered as a turnkey contract. Drammen Helsepark AS is wholly owned by Bane NOR Eiendom AS.

The project includes two buildings with a total area of 24,625 square metres. Krafttårnet comprises 10,250 square metres across 12 storeys, while Generatoren comprises 14,375 square metres across 9 storeys. The buildings will be constructed on the existing car park basement established during the previous construction phase. The project will be developed in accordance with BREEAM‑NOR and is planned to achieve an Excellent rating.

The construction phase is planned to commence in the third quarter of 2026, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
The contract is subject to board approval in DHP Bygg BK4‑2 AS and its parent companies.
