Awarded contract from Forsvarsbygg

Helgesen Tekniske Bygg AS (HTB), a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has received a contract award notification from Forsvarsbygg for the construction of a building as a turnkey project. The assignment will have a value of NOK 158 million excluding VAT.
The building, consisting of multi-purpose halls for the storage of equipment and materials, will be constructed at Porsangermoen camp in Finnmark.
“We are very pleased to have been awarded this contract from Forsvarsbygg. We are accustomed to erecting buildings, and this project aligns well with our core expertise and extensive experience in constructing storage and commercial buildings,” says Ronny Laastad, CEO of HTB.
Construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2025, with expected completion in spring 2027.

The contract is valued at NOK 731 million excluding VAT and will be delivered as a turnkey contract. Drammen Helsepark AS is wholly owned by Bane NOR Eiendom AS.
