HILI partners with Iceland’s top asset manager to launch co-ownership fund

Stefnir is owned by Arion Banki, one of Iceland’s largest banks. The company has NOK 27 billion (ISK 341 billion) assets under management (AUM). Its clients include both institutional and private investors. 

Providing homeowners financial flexibility 

HILI’s co-ownership model enables homeowners to unlock capital from their homes without selling or taking on debt. Through shared ownership with HILI’s fund, the homeowner retains full use and control of the property.

This allows our investors to own shares in high-quality residential properties without the responsibilities of direct management. Strong demand in Iceland lays foundation for European growth 

HILI is currently active in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Iceland, and is executing a broader Europe growth strategy. More than 300 homeowners have already joined the waitlist to sell a share of their homes in Iceland.
