To build apartments in Southern Sweden

AF Gruppen has been selected as the contractor by LKF, Lunds Kommun Fastighets AB, to build 117 new apartments in the Råbykungen district in Lund. The contract value will be approximately SEK 189 million excluding VAT.

The project includes the construction of 117 rental apartments as well as an underground garage. The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract.

Construction is expected to start in the third quarter of 2025 with completion in March 2028.

AF Gruppen (AFG) increased both revenue and profit compared to same period last year and had a revenue in the second quarter amounting to NOK 7,808 million. Profit before tax was NOK 388 million in the second quarter, resulting in a profit margin of 5.0%. Order intake during the quarter was good, and the order backlog stood at a solid NOK 44,493 million at the end of the quarter.
