Building 62 apartments in Solna

AF Bygg Öst, a company within AF Gruppen, has been commissioned to build 62 apartments in Solna, just north of Stockholm, on behalf of Stena Bygg AB. The contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract and has a value of SEK 211 million excluding VAT.
The project, named Brf Sjöviken, involves the construction of 62 apartments distributed across two buildings. The contract also includes the construction of an underground garage with three levels, totalling 146 parking spaces. The project has high climate goals and will be certified according to Svanen version 3 and achieve energy class B.

Construction is planned to start in Q1 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in Q2 2027.
