Building health centre in Larvik

Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been chosen by JVH Eiendom as the contractor for the construction of Larvik Health Park. The contract is a turnkey contract and has a value of NOK 125 million excl. VAT.
The project includes the design and construction of a new health centre with four floors and a parking basement totalling 7,200 square meters, along with associated outdoor work.
“We greatly appreciate the trust from JVH Eiendom for the task of designing and building Larvik Health Park. We look forward to further cooperation with a solid and competent partner”, says Yngvar S. Brekke, general manager of Strøm Gundersen Vestfold.
The project planning is set to start in August 2024 and the construction time is 15 months. The contract award is subject to satisfactory financing.
