To build a warehouse and logistics building outside Bergen
Helgesen Tekniske Bygg AS (HTB), a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Høgafjellet Eigedom AS for the construction of a new warehouse and logistics building at Espevoll in Osterøy municipality. The contract is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 111 million excluding VAT.
The building is 10,800 square meters and will be listed with energy class A. The building will consist of a warehouse, separate clean warehouse, loading zones and office and social area. The user of the building will be NorEngros K J Brusdal AS.
“We have developed the project in good cooperation with NorEngros K J Brusdal AS and Kenneth Nielsen in Proptech Consulting AS. HTB has been the architect and made necessary designs for optimization to the customer’s use. It is now ready for the construction of a modern warehouse and logistics building that is prepared for the green shift, including solar cells on the roof, geothermal heat, plenty of charging points for cars, vans and trucks. We look forward to starting the project and thus also the development of a new business area at Espevoll, in Osterøy municipality,” says Ronny Laastad, CEO of HTB.
Construction will start in the summer of 2024 with expected completion in the first quarter of 2025.
