Building 178 apartments in Bergen
LAB Entreprenør AS, a company in AF Gruppen, has entered into an agreement with Sandsli Stasjon AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nåbo AS (formerly Bonava), for the residential project Sandsli Stasjon in Sandsli, Bergen.
The contract is a turnkey contract and has a value of approximately NOK 430 million excluding VAT.
The project consists of a shared garage facility with five apartment buildings and is divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes the garage, technical infrastructure, foundation, water supply, outdoor areas, and two apartment buildings with a total of 94 apartments. Phase 2 comprises three apartment buildings with a total of 84 apartments.
“We are very pleased to be chosen to carry out another exciting residential project for Nåbo, and we look forward to taking on the task,” says CEO Gard Kvalheim.
Construction work is planned to commence in Q3 2024, with completion in Q3 2027. The project’s start is dependent on sufficient pre-sales.
