To build apartments north of Stockholm

A subsidiary of AF Gruppen, HMB Construction, has been commissioned to build 60 owner-occupied apartments in the municipality of Täby, north of Stockholm, on behalf of OBOS Nya Hem. The contract is worth approximately SEK 137 million, excluding VAT.
This project will be carried out on a turn key basis on behalf of customer OBOS Nya Hem.
The development known as Brf Roslagsporten will consist of 60 apartments. The building will fulfil the certification requirements for the Svanen Ecolabel. In order to increase green space in the development, a number of roofs will be clad with sedum while some will also feature solar panels.

Construction of Roslagsporten is due to begin at the turn of year 2023/2024, with units ready for occupancy from autumn 2025.
