To build new European route E6 north of Lillehammer

AF Gruppen has been awarded the contract to design and build the new road between Storhove and Øyer near Lillehammer. The project covers 9.6 km of the E6 from Storhove in Lillehammer to Øyer, including 2.7 km of tunnel. The works are scheduled to commence in late summer 2023 and will be completed in December 2026. The contract has an approximate value of NOK 1,800 million excl. VAT. “AF Gruppen is very pleased to be the appointed contractor for Nye Veier once more, and we are looking forward to implementing this important project,” says Amund Tøftum, CEO of AF Gruppen.

The contract is valued at NOK 731 million excluding VAT and will be delivered as a turnkey contract. Drammen Helsepark AS is wholly owned by Bane NOR Eiendom AS.
