137 new homes to be built at Sandslikollen

LAB Entreprenør AS, a company in AF Gruppen (AFG), has entered into an agreement with Sandslikollen AS regarding the construction of 137 apartments close to Statoil’s old headquarters in Bergen.
These homes will be distributed across five buildings connected by an underground parking facility. Two of the buildings are on the part of the site associated with the former Statoil office block (now Equinor). The construction process will take place over two stages. In connection with both construction stages, a costly outdoor facility will be established.
The contract is a turnkey contract with a total value of approx. NOK 264 million, excl. VAT.
Groundwork will commence in August 2019 with a scheduled completion date for the project of November/December 2021.
