ACCREDITATION NOTICE, National Memorial Concert 22.7.12, City Hall Square, Oslo.

The NRK is producing the National Memorial Concert 22.7.12 on behalf of the Norwegian Government and the Ministry of Culture. Accreditation to the press centre is handled by NRK. The press centre will be open on July 21 and 22.

How to apply for accreditation:

Members of the press who wish to access the press centre, designated photo areas, or who are in need of other arrangements to cover the memorial concert, are requested to contact presseinfo22712@nrk.no and provide the following information:

· Name(s) of the person(s) seeking accreditation, including profession (e.g. journalist, photographer, producer)

· Name of media/employer

· Telephone number

· E-mail address

· Equipment needed (e.g. electricity, internet cables, wireless network access, pool feed).

To access the press centre you need a valid press ID.

Please be aware that the press centre has a limited capacity.

The press centre will send detailed information to accredited members of the press before the event. The information will also be available on NRK's website www.nrk.no/presse .

Photography / rights:

The NRK will produce sound and image recordings from the ceremony. Provided specific conditions are met, the production will be available free of charge for all Norwegian professional media and for broadcasting organizations that are members of the EBU. Applying no geographic restrictions, all media organizations will be allowed to use short excepts from the production for news and actuality purposes. Still photography of the on stage show will be provided by Scanpix through a pool photography service. For those who do not have access to the Scanpix photos, please contact the press centre. In addition to this, a few photo zones at the City Hall, with views to the stage and the City Hall Square, will be opened to selected media.
