LAB Entreprenør AS to build for Profier and REMA

The Lagunetoppen project comprises a total of 217 apartments, approx. 7,000 square metres of parking and approx. 1,700 square metres of retail space. The project is centrally located at Lagunen in Bergen, close to the Lagunen shopping centre and the light rail system.
The contract is valued at NOK 464 million excluding VAT, and construction is expected to start in Q1 2018 with a construction period of 32 months.

The contract is valued at NOK 731 million excluding VAT and will be delivered as a turnkey contract. Drammen Helsepark AS is wholly owned by Bane NOR Eiendom AS.
