SailPoint Names Christopher Schmitt as General Counsel

SailPoint, the leader in enterprise identity management, today announced the appointment of Christopher Schmitt to the role of General Counsel. In this role, Schmitt will oversee the company’s legal matters, including corporate transactions, intellectual property, corporate governance, litigation, legal compliance, and M&A activity.

Before SailPoint, Chris was a Partner in the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions group at Vinson & Elkins, LLP.
