TCL Communication Launches Xess mini, a Smaller BigPad Combining Power, Versatility and a Not-so-Mini Screen

Mini it may be, but it provides a spacious 15.6-inch screen with real oomph inside. It has all the other attributes that characterize the Xess family: sleek, eye-catching design (with different colors, details will be announced later); an immersive viewing experience; a powerful octa-core processor and handy built-in stand that adapts to multiple uses.
“mini” in its name relates to the first generation of the Xess family, with a 17.3-inch screen.

In addition, its ingenious built-in stand allows for multiple positions: flat for gaming, 30 degrees for drawing, 50 degrees for Web browsing and 75 degrees for watching videos.
Big Screen With Multi-Window Function and Voice Control
With a simple but innovative interface users can activate Xess mini’s multi-window function, dividing the screen in pre-set configurations so that different activities can be displayed at the same time. One to four zones can be viewed on screen simultaneously, making efficiency and sharing a breeze.
A unique “rocker” control allows users to switch windows easily from various templates.
Xess mini, like the original Xess, offers an interactive digital personal assistant. Users can just say, “Hi, Xess,” to activate this mode. It can open applications, such as turning on music or taking a photo, as well as searching for information, like the weather of today.
Culinary artists will appreciate the hands-free gesture control, which eliminates the need for a touchpad, keyboard or mouse. Just wave to control the screen — no more messy grease spots!
Customization Possibilities With Bespoke Accessories
To customize their devices, users need only access the array of Xess mini accessories: carriable leather case, bluetooth mouse and keypad, blu-ray free film, IP camera, and touch pen.
