Aqua Bio Technology ASA – Approval and Publication of Prospectus

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Aqua Bio Technology ASA ("ABTEC" or the "Company") on 24 August 2023 regarding, among other things, the Company's general meeting approving the issuance of 15,400,382 consideration shares towards the sellers' of Skinteam Norge AS and the issuance of 9,457,868 new shares to certain existing shareholders and external investors in a private placement (jointly, the "Listing Shares").

The Company has prepared a prospectus for the listing of the Listing Shares (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus has today, on 5 December 2023, been approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. Following publication of the Prospectus, the Listing Shares will be registered on the Company's ordinary ISIN NO 0010307135. The Prospectus is enclosed with this notice, and will also be available in electronic format at the Company's website at https://aquabiotechnology.com/downloads/.
