Revenues of USD 2.8 million
EBITDA of USD -0.6 million
Utilisation of 27%
Contracted EBITDA backlog of USD 18m
Sale of the “Petrel Explorer” completed
Private placement of gross USD 8.2 million in Green Energy Group
Green Minerals signs MoU with world class consortium
Major strategic advances give impetus to streamlining of the Group
Green Minerals to be distributed to shareholders during Q4
Green Energy Group becomes a pure-play seismic company and changes name to SeaBird Exploration
