Play Magnus Group (PMG) - Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022
(Oslo, 1 June 2022) - The Annual General Meeting of Play Magnus AS ("the Company") will be held on 8 June 2021 at 10:00 CET by electronic means. Please find attached hereto the notice of the Annual General Meeting, including the Board of Directors' resolutions for the items listed on the agenda and the attendance/proxy instructions.

Practical notice:
The online remote registration of participation is organized by Caplist. By attending the online annual general meeting, shareholders will be able to listen to a live audiocast of the meeting, submit questions relating to the items on the agenda and grant a proxy.
To attend the meeting the shareholder must send an email to Caplist at generalforsamling@caplist.no. Caplist will confirm the notification and share a link to the virtual meeting where you will be able to register your attendance or, grant a proxy.
The deadline for notifying Caplist by sending an email to Caplist at generalforsamling@caplist.no is June 7, 2022 at 12:00h CET.
