Cyviz offentliggjør i dag sine finansielle resultater for andre kvartal 2025. Resultatet for Q2 gjenspeiler hvordan inntekter fra prosjekter inntektsføres over tid, samt at flere større ordre ble signert rett etter kvartalsslutt. Ordreinngangen hittil i år er på rekordnivå, noe som viser solid underliggende drift i virksomheten og legger grunnlag for et sterkere andre halvår 2025. Share capital increase registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises18.6.2025 12:39:21 CEST | Cyviz | Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cyviz AS ("Cyviz" or the "Company") on 12 May 2025 regarding the resolution by the Company's board of directors to issue 49 500 new shares in the Company and increase the Company's share capital by NOK 54 450, to facilitate the delivery of new shares to the option holders having exercised their options under the Cyviz share option program 2. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 14,311,067.10 divided by 13,010,061 shares each with a nominal value of NOK 1.10.

Solid vekst i omsetning og ordreinngang i første kvartal15.5.2025 07:00:01 CEST | Cyviz | Halvårsrapporter og revisjonsberetninger/uttalelser om forenklet revisorkontroll

Cyviz AS offentliggjør i dag de finansielle resultatene for første kvartal 2025, og melder solid vekst i både omsetning og ordreinngang, til tross for et uforutsigbart kvartal. Omsetningen endte på NOK 135,8 millioner i kvartalet, en økning på 27,4 % sammenlignet med første kvartal 2024. Ordreinngangen økte med 23 % til NOK 112,4 millioner, noe som gjenspeiler etterspørselen etter Cyviz sine løsninger på tvers av ulike bransjer og regioner. EBITDA for kvartalet var NOK 1,2 millioner, ned fra NOK 5,2 millioner i samme periode i fjor. Kontantstrøm fra drift var NOK -17,6 millioner, påvirket av økte varelager knyttet til prosjektleveranser i andre kvartal, et negativt valutatap på NOK 6,3 millioner, samt en kundemiks med høyere eksponering mot regioner med lengre betalingssykluser. – Vi leverte sterk vekst i både omsetning og ordreinngang i første kvartal, til tross for markedsusikkerhet med fallende oljepriser og nye amerikanske tollsatser. Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 2 May 2025 regarding primary insiders’ exercise of share options. Following the exercise of the share options under the Cyviz share option program 2, and to facilitate the delivery of new shares to the option holders having exercised their options, the Company's board of directors has today, 12 May 2025, resolved to issue 49,500 new shares in the Company and increase the Company's share capital by NOK 54 450. Cyviz AS has completed an exercise window for vested share options under the Cyviz share option program 2 for board members, executive management, and key employees, where in total 49,500 share options have been exercised. Each exercised share option gives the right to acquire one share in the Company at a strike price of NOK 21.75. The Company's board of directors will, pursuant to the authorization granted by the general meeting on 16 May 2024, resolve to increase the Company's share capital to facilitate the delivery of new shares to the option holders having exercised their options under the share option program. Cyviz AS hereby publishes its Annual Report 2024. The report is attached and will be available on Reports & Presentations - Cyviz The Board of Directors of Cyviz AS has approved the Company’s audited Annual Report for 2024. The final report, including the Independent Auditor’s Report, is enclosed. Compared to the Q4-2024 report a reclassification has been made to the balance sheet increasing total assets from NOK 287 million to NOK 312 million. Further, a reclassification has been made between operating and investing cash flows of NOK 4.4 million . These changes have no impact on reported profit or equity. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
