About Andfjord Salmon AS

Andfjord Salmon has developed an innovative and sustainable aquaculture concept for shore-based farming of Atlantic salmon. The company's ambition is to build the world's most sustainable aquaculture facility of its kind. The facility is escape-proof, lice-free and its highly filtered effluent avoids polluting marine life. 

Located at Kvalnes on the island of Andøya on the Arctic Archipelago of Vesterålen, Norway, the company's first facility is currently under construction. The company holds a license to produce 12 600 tonnes (HOG) for land-based farming of Atlantic salmon and has secured rights to land for a planned expansion of an additional 77,400 tonnes (HOG) production capacity. Further expansion is subject to the zoning of the land and granting of licenses.

The annual general meeting of Andfjord Salmon AS will be held on 7 May 2024 at the company's offices on Kvalnes, Andøya at 12:00 (Norwegian time). The notice for the annual general meeting is attached hereto (English and Norwegian), together with relevant appendices. The notice will be sent to all registered shareholders on 23 April 2024. To register your attendance, grant proxy or to cast votes electronically in advance through VPS Investor Services, please use the electronic link available on www.andfjordsalmon.com. The pin code and reference number, which are sent out with the notice, will be needed. Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting of Andfjord Salmon AS (the "Company") held on 23 October 2023 where it was resolved to carry out an intra-group drop-down through a merger and demerger. The merger and demerger have now been registered and the drop-down completed. As a result, the Company's share capital is now NOK 57,012,953 divided into 57,012,953 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1. The number of the shares in the Company and their nominal value thus remains unchanged as before the drop-down.
