Roger Waters will perform in the Frankfurt Festhalle

(London) At the request of our client Roger Waters, the Frankfurt Administrative Court today issued an interim injunction against the City of Frankfurt and the State of Hesse. According to this order, they must ensure, by interfering with the Frankfurt Fair, that Waters is granted access to the Frankfurt Festhalle on the evening of 28 May 2023 in order to be able to play a concert there as part of his European tour "This is not a drill". The defendants had made the unfounded accusation that our client was an anti-Semite. They wanted to prevent his concert on this basis. The Frankfurt Administrative Court has now rejected this attempt.
Roger Waters is looking forward to his performance in Frankfurt.
