Oslo, 6. september 2021: Yaras ekstraordinære generalforsamling vedtok i dag et utbytte på 20,00 kroner pr. aksjei tråd med styrets innstilling.

Utbyttet på 20,00 kroner pr. aksje utbetales 15. september 2021 til aksjonærer pr. 8. september 2021. Yara-aksjen noteres eks. utbytte fra og med 7. september 2021. Amerikanske depotbevis (ADR) noteres også eks. utbytte 7. september 2021, med utbetalingsdato 22. september 2021.
