Valg til Equinors styre
Bedriftsforsamlingen i Equinor ASA (OSE:EQNR, NYSE:EQNR) har i møte 8. juni 2021 gjenvalgt alle de aksjonærvalgte medlemmene av Equinor ASAs styre.
Jon Erik Reinhardsen ble gjenvalgt som styreleder, Jeroen van der Veer som nestleder og i tillegg ble Bjørn Tore Godal, Rebekka Glasser Herlofsen, Anne Drinkwater, Jonathan Lewis, Finn Bjørn Ruyter og Tove Andersen gjenvalgt som aksjonærvalgte styremedlemmer til Equinor ASAs styre.
Valget av aksjonærvalgte medlemmer til styret er gjort med virkning fra 1. juli 2021 og gjelder inntil neste ordinære valg av styrets aksjonærvalgte medlemmer til styret i 2022.
Bedriftsforsamlingen har videre gjenvalgt Hilde Møllerstad, Per Martin Labråthen og Stig Lægreid som ansattvalgte medlemmer av styret i Equinor ASA. Som varamedlemmer for de ansattvalgte i styret er følgende personer valgt i prioritert rekkefølge: Bjørn Palerud, Hans Einar Haldorsen og Anita Skaga Myking.
Valget av ansattvalgte medlemmer til styret er gjort med virkning fra 1. juli 2021 og gjelder inntil neste ordinære valg av styrets ansattvalgte medlemmer i 2023.
