SpareBank 1 SMN: Videreføring av spareprogram for ansatte

Styret i SpareBank 1 SMN har vedtatt å videreføre spareprogrammet for ansatte i konsernet for 2021.

Alle fast ansatte i banken og datterselskaper kan delta i spareprogrammet. Formålet med programmet er å motivere ansatte til å være medeiere i banken og samtidig øke interessen rundt bankens strategi og resultater.

Ansatte inviteres til å spare et fast beløp i måneden for å kjøpe egenkapitalbevis i banken. Ansatte som har meldt seg inn i spareordningen vil spare et årlig beløp på enten kroner 6.000, 12.000 eller 24.000 gjennom et månedlig trekk fra lønn i perioden januar til desember 2021. Sparebeløpet vil bli brukt til å kjøpe egenkapitalbevis i SpareBank 1 SMN på vegne av de ansatte som deltar i spareprogrammet. Alle ansatte som melder seg inn i spareordningen vil spare et fast beløp for 2021, og det er ikke mulig å endre beløp underveis.

SpareBank 1 SMN tar sikte på å gjennomføre kjøp av egenkapitalbevis i markedet hvert kvartal dagen eller dagene etter fremleggelsen av resultatene for henholdsvis 1., 2. og 3. kvartal 2021, samt primo desember 2021. SpareBank 1 Markets vil handle egenkapitalbevisene på vegne av banken.

De ansatte vil få tildelt egenkapitalbevis så snart som praktisk mulig etter gjennomføringen av de enkelte tilbakekjøpene. Ansatte vil bli tildelt egenkapitalbevisene til samme kurs som SpareBank 1 SMN betaler, dvs. markedskurs, uten noen form for rabatt. Kjøpskurs og antall aksjer ervervet av banken vil meldes i henhold til gjeldende regelverk.

Etter to års eiertid vil banken tildele ansatte som ikke har solgt egenkapitalbevis kjøpt gjennom spareprogrammet i 2021, et gratis egenkapitalbevis for hvert andre egenkapitalbevis kjøpt gjennom spareprogrammet gjennom spareprogrammet i 2021.

Se tabell nedenfor for en oversikt over primærinnsidere i SpareBank 1 SMN som har meldt seg inn i spareprogrammet for 2021. Beløpene som oppgis er totale sparebeløp for 2021. Antall egenkapitalbevis tildelt og kjøpskurs for egenkapitalbevisene som blir solgt til den enkelte primærinnsider i henhold til spareprogrammet, vil bli offentliggjort på tidspunkter for videresalg av egenkapitalbevis til de ansatte.
