Sdiptechsaktierelaterade incitamentsprogramfulltecknat
Det av årsstämman 2021 beslutade incitamentsprogrammet för chefer och ledande befattningshavare om teckningsoptioner för aktier av serie B, har tecknats av 35 medarbetare i Sdiptech-koncernen. Programmet tecknades för 330 981 optioner, av totalt max 350 000 optioner. Kvarvarande utrymme är reserverat för tillkommande medarbetare under de närmaste månaderna.
Teckningsoptionerna överlåts till ett pris om 48,50 SEK per option, vilket motsvarar marknadsvärdet på optionerna enligt en värdering utförd av Nordea Bank Abp. Lösenkursen för teckningsoptionerna uppgår till 463,00 SEK per aktie, vilket motsvarar 126 procent av den volymvägda genomsnittliga betalkursen för Sdiptechs B-aktie under perioden från och med den 19 maj 2021 till och med den 1 juni 2021. Lösen kan ske under tre tillfällen från och med juni 2024 fram till och med den 30 november 2024.
Totalt har koncernens medarbetare investerat drygt 16 MSEK i Sdiptechs framtida utveckling.
