Referat af ordinær generalforsamling i Jobindex A/S
Den ordinære generalforsamling i Jobindex A/S blev afholdt den 12. maj 2023 i selskabets lokaler, Carl Jacobsens Vej 29-31, 2500 Valby. Alle bestyrelsens forslag blev vedtaget. Ole Timm, Charlotte Theisen, advokat Michael Vilhelm Nielsen og Christian Kurt Nielsen blev genvalgt til bestyrelsen. Deloitte, Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab, blev genvalgt til revisor.
Direktør Kaare Danielsen aflagde på bestyrelsens vegne beretning om selskabets virksomhed i de forløbne år. 2022 var præget af fald på jobmarkedet efter udbruddet af krigen i Ukraine. Men selskabets forventning er, at antallet af jobannoncer i 2023 vil stabilisere sig over niveauet før Corona-krisen. Beretningen blev enstemmigt taget til efterretning af generalforsamlingen.
Regnskabet for 2022 viser et overskud efter skat på 127.793.000 kr. Bestyrelsen indstillede til generalforsamlingen, at selskabet udbetaler udbytte på 140 kr. pr. aktie svarende til en samlet udbyttebetaling på 126 mio. kr. Generalforsamlingen vedtog enstemmigt og med alle stemmer både regnskabet og forslaget om udbyttebetalingen. Aktieudbyttet vil blive udbetalt onsdag den 17. maj, og fra på mandag den 12. maj vil aktien blive handlet uden udbytte.
Bestyrelsen har til hensigt at uddele medarbejderaktier til hovedparten af medarbejderne i koncernen i juni måned. Aktierne fordeles efter anciennitetskriterier som fastsættes af bestyrelsen, og vil kunne sælges med det samme.
