• Nettoomsättningen i kvartalet ökade med 31,0 procent till 1 427,4 MSEK (1 089,4) varav samgåendet med Electra påverkade positivt med 403 MSEK.
• Organisk omsättningstillväxt för kvartalet var negativ med -6,0 procent (8,7).
• Bruttomarginalen uppgick till 12,2 procent (13,2).
• Rörelseresultatet (EBIT) uppgick till 18,7 MSEK (28,6) motsvarande en rörelsemarginal om 1,3 procent (2,6).
• Resultat före skatt uppgick till 13,8 MSEK (27,8).
• Kassaflödet från den löpande verksamheten justerat för effekter av samgåendet uppgick för kvartalet till 64,7 MSEK (42,7).
• Resultat per aktie före utspädning uppgick till 0,94 SEK (4,24) och efter utspädning till 0,90 SEK (4,24).

Avyttring av affärssystemet Smart genomfördes under kvartalet med en positiv resultateffekt redovisad under övriga rörelseintäkter med 9,5 MSEK.

• Nettoomsättningen ökade i perioden med 18,8 procent till 3 622,3 MSEK (3 047,9), varav samgåendet med Electra påverkat positivt med 631 MSEK i perioden.
• Den organiska omsättningstillväxten var -1,9 procent (13,9).
• Bruttomarginalen uppgick till 13,9 procent (13,3).
• Transaktionskostnader av engångskaraktär kopplade till samgåendet mellan Elon och Electra belastade rörelseresultatet i perioden med 18,9 MSEK.
• Rörelseresultatet (EBIT) uppgick till 14,5 MSEK (47,2) motsvarande en rörelsemarginal om 0,4 procent (1,5).
• Justerad EBIT uppgick till 33,4 MSEK (47,2) motsvarande en justerad EBIT-marginal om 0,9 procent (1,5).
• Resultat före skatt uppgick till 2,0 MSEK (44,3).
• Kassaflödet från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till -55,7 MSEK (-119,9).
• Resultat per aktie före utspädning uppgick till 0,17 SEK (6,76) och efter utspädning till 0,17 SEK (6,76).

Per den 16 maj genomfördes en apportemission i Elon AB genom riktad nyemission till Elon Group Holding AB på totalt 9 659 223 aktier. Som betalning för aktierna erhölls 100 procent av aktierna i bolaget Elon Group AB. Samgåendet mellan Elon AB och Elon Group AB redovisas som ett omvänt förvärv vilket innebär att Elon AB är det legala moderbolaget men behandlas redovisningsmässigt som det förvärvade bolaget. Elon Group AB är det legala dotterbolaget men behandlas redovisningsmässigt som det förvärvande bolaget.
