Rättelse: Active Biotech Bokslutsrapport 2021

Rättelsen avser att administrationskostnaderna för perioden januari - december 2021 av förbiseende kommit att anges till ett för lågt belopp. Det felaktiga beloppet var 14,0 MSEK, rätt belopp är 15,2 MSEK. Felaktigheten har upptäckts i samband med arbetet med årsredovisningen för 2021, korrekta siffror kommer naturligtvis att anges även i årsredovisningen.

HÄNDELSER UNDER KVARTAL 4

Under 2021 gjorde vi betydande framsteg i våra projekt för att tillgodose otillfredsställda  medicinska behov inom hematologiska cancerformer och inflammatoriska ögonsjukdomar. Särskilt det fjärde kvartalet visade sig vara en hektisk period med fortsatt stark utveckling för alla prioriterade projekt i vår portfölj.

Tasquinimod

  • Klinisk utveckling i multipelt myelom avancerade till kombinationsbehandling efter att den inledande fasen av den pågående studien i USA slutförts (3 okt)
  • Prekliniska data kring tasquinimod presenterades vid ASH 2021 (11-12 dec)

Naptumomab

  • Active Biotech och NeoTX meddelade att den första patienten hade rekryterats i den kliniska fas IIa-studien med naptumomab estafenatox i kombination med docetaxel i patienter med avancerad icke-småcellig lungcancer (NSCLC) (20 okt)
  • Data som visar att naptumomab estafenatox ökar CAR-T-cellers effektivitet presenterades av Active Biotechs partner NeoTX på SITC 2021 (12 nov)

Laquinimod

  • Första försökspersonen doserad I klinisk fas I-studie med laquinimod ögondroppar (10 dec)
