Progress on share buybackprogramme

ING announced today that, in line with the launch of its €380 million share buyback programme announced on 6 May 2022, the company has repurchased 4,045,248 shares during the week of 16 May 2022 up to and including 20 May 2022.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of €9.44 for a total amount of €38,194,949.10. For detailed information on the daily repurchased shares, individual share purchase transactions and weekly reports, see the ING website at www.ing.com/investorrelations.

The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 5,945,574 ordinary shares at an average price of €9.29 for a total consideration of €55,235,822.325. To date approximately 14.54% of the maximum total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
