Progress on share buybackprogramme

ING announced today that, in line with the launch of its €1,744 million share buyback programme announced on 1 October 2021, the company has repurchased 27,737,374 shares during the week of 29 November 2021 up to and including 3 December 2021.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of €12.33 for a total amount of €341,929,579.64. The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 91,628,107 ordinary shares at an average price of €12.76 for a total consideration of €1,169,621,208.82. To date approximately 67.07% of the maximum total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
