Överskott för staten i juli 2021
Statens betalningar resulterade i ett överskott på 8,1 miljarder kronor i juli. Riksgäldens prognos var ett underskott på 6,3 miljarder kronor. Skatteinkomsterna var högre än förväntat samtidigt som utbetalningarna från myndigheter var lägre.
Det primära saldot var 16,5 miljarder kronor högre än prognos. Det förklaras av att skatteinkomsterna var cirka 9 miljarder kronor högre än beräknat samtidigt som utbetalningarna från ett antal myndigheter var lägre än beräknat.
Riksgäldens nettoutlåning till myndigheter m.fl. var 1,8 miljarder kronor högre än prognos.
Räntebetalningarna på statsskulden var 0,4 miljarder kronor högre än prognos.
För tolvmånadersperioden till och med juli 2021 visade statens betalningar ett underskott på 56,3 miljarder kronor.
Statsskulden uppgick till 1 214 miljarder kronor i slutet av juli.
Utfallet för augusti 2021 publiceras den 7 september kl. 09.30.
Preliminärt datum för publicering av nya prognoser för åren 2021–2023 är den 27 oktober.
