Nexstim Abp meddelar om valberedningsbeslut

Nexstim Abp (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (”Nexstim” eller ”bolaget”) meddelar om valberedningens beslut.

Rohan Hoare, som varit styrelseledamot i bolaget sedan 2016, och Tomas Holmberg, som varit styrelseledamot i bolaget sedan 2017, har meddelat att de inte står till förfogande för en fortsatt  styrelsepost i bolaget 2021–2022. Valberedningen har på sitt sammanträde beslutat att för årsstämman föreslå Timo Hildén och Tero Weckroth som nya styrelseledamöter.
