MT Højgaard Holding A/S: MT Højgaard Danmark indgår endnu en betinget kontrakt med DSB til 1,3 mia. kr.

MT Højgaard Holdings forretningsenhed MT Højgaard Danmark har indgået en betinget totalentreprisekontrakt med DSB om opførelse af et togværksted med tilhørende baneanlæg i Aarhus i Logistikparken i Brabrand. Kontrakten har en værdi på 1,32 mia. kroner, og den vil være ubetinget, når DSB’s bestyrelse endeligt tiltræder kontrakten i december 2022.

Byggeriet er i gang, og der er i de seneste måneder udført en del jordarbejder og etableret en ny bro over banelegemet i en særskilt aftale om fremskudte arbejder på ca. 70 mio. kroner. Kontrakten indgår i DSB’s betingede og faseopdelte udbud, som MT Højgaard Danmark vandt i efteråret 2020, jf. selskabsmeddelelse nr. 15/2020 fra 29. september 2020. Udbuddet består af 3 faser:

  • Fase 0: Implementeringsfase med afholdelse af kick off-workshop
  • Fase 1: Samarbejdsfasen
  • Fase 2: Færdigprojekterings- og udførelsesfasen

I fase 1 har DSB, Rambøll, Gottlieb & Paludan, samt MT Højgaard Danmark og de øvrige parter i fællesskab fastlagt konstruktions- og udførelsesprincipper, og det har nu ført til indgåelse af kontrakten på totalentreprisen i fase 2.

Værkstedet skal benyttes til reparation og vedligehold af DSB’s nyindkøbte IC5-togsæt, der leveres og skal drives af togleverandøren Alstom. Værkstedet får otte spor, og udgør sammen med værkstedet på Godsbanen i København, som MT Højgaard Danmark også udfører, de to hovedlokaliteter for det fremtidige vedligehold af IC5-togene.

Byggeriet skal efter planen afleveres til DSB og tages i drift i 2026.

Kontrakten ændrer ikke MT Højgaard Holdings udmeldte forventninger til 2022, men vil yde et væsentligt bidrag til koncernens langsigtede, bæredygtige udvikling i de kommende år.
