Færge – fragt: De samlede mængder i maj 2022 var 10,8% højere end i 2021 drevet af højere mængder i alle forretningsenheder på nær Baltic Sea.

Channels mængder blev løftet af en konkurrents suspendering af sejladser i det meste af måneden sammenlignet med sidste år. North Seas mængder var højere end i 2021, da øget aktivitet på de fleste britiske ruter opvejede lavere industrimængder mellem Sverige og kontinentet, dels på grund af flaskehalse i bilsektorens forsyningskæder.

Mængderne i Mediterraneans rutenetværk fortsatte med at vokse understøttet af højere kapacitet. Krigen i Ukraine sænkede Baltic Seas mængder mellem hovedsageligt Tyskland og Litauen sammenlignet med 2021.

For de sidste 12 måneder 2022-21 steg de samlede transporterede fragt-lanemeter 1,5% til 43,8 mio. fra 43,1 mio. i 2021-20.

Færge - passager: Antallet af passagerer steg otte gange til 296 tusinde svarende til 68% af mængderne i maj 2019, den seneste sammenlignelige måned før Covid-19. Fremgangen i transportsegmentet går hurtigere end for fritidssegmentet, da antallet af biler var på 89% sammenlignet med 2019. Channels antal af passagerer blev løftet af en konkurrents suspendering af sejladser i det meste af måneden.

For de sidste tolv måneder 2022-21 var det samlede antal passagerer 1,6 mio. sammenlignet med 1,0 mio. i 2021-20 og 5,1 mio. i 2019. Sidstnævnte er det seneste hele år før Covid-19.
