Månedlig mængderapport: Flaskehalse i Storbritannien letter lidt

Færge – fragt: De samlede mængder i november 2021 var 5,4% lavere end i 2020. Nettojusteringer for strukturelle ruteændringer reducerede væksten med 2,3 procentpoint til -7,7%. De samlede justerede mængder steg 9,5% i forhold til november 2019.

Nedgangen i de samlede mængder i forhold til 2020 skyldtes lavere mængder på de fleste britiske ruter, da lageropbygning forud for Brexit øgede mængderne på britiske ruter sidste år. Den negative påvirkning fra flaskehalse i forsyningskæder, der reducerede mængderne i 3. kvartal og november, aftog i løbet af november. Mængderne i North Sea og Channel var i november igen højere end i 2019.

Mediterranean fortsatte med at transportere flere mængder end i 2020, mens mængderne i Baltic Sea var lige under 2020, da kapaciteten på én rute blev reduceret fra to færger i 2020 til én færge i november 2021. Mængderne for både Mediterranean og Baltic Sea var højere end i 2019.

Færge - passager: Det samlede antal passagerer i november 2021 var 84,0% højere end i 2020. Stigningen var størst mellem Norge og Danmark, hvor rejserestriktioner i vid udstrækning var afviklet i november. Antallet af passagerer på britiske ruter var stigende men i beskedne mængder, da rejserestriktioner fortsat er gældende for rejser på disse ruter.
